Blooming Croatian economy boosts pig industry
The blooming economy of Croatia which registered a very dynamic growth for the first months of 2007 is also profitable for animal production, particularly for pigs. Agricultural company ito, created a multisite pig production operation, capable of producing 150,000 pigs per year.

Subclinically, PRRS can also be dangerous
PRRS can be a nuisance to pig producers, both in a clinical and a subclinical way. Hence, trials were carried out in Belgium to find out whether simultaneous vaccination for more than one respiratory disease makes any difference. It does.
